The Malay Cook-Up

Jasmina hosts a traditional kitchen collaboration from her kitchen in her home in Bo-Kaap, Cape Town. During the 2-hour interactive cooking class, guests prepare a popular three course Cape Malay meal from scratch, using authentic spices and a mix of fresh ingredients. And once the food’s been cooked, everyone sits down to enjoy a true taste Bo-Kaap, while engaging in some good, hearty conversations on family, traditions and the community everyone can’t help but love.
