A deep fried pastry triangle stuffed with the filling of the day and served with homemade samosa dip.

A popular chicken dish cooked in an authentic mix of Indian and Malay spices, with added potatoes and fresh coriander.

A flaky flat bread prepared with wheat flour and butter

A simple salsa prepared with onions, tomatoes, chillies and a secret ingredient
